My previous mattress was als S & F that's why when was time to change we got another, but it's been only 3 month and I noticed that when my us and moves on his side the motion makes me bounce and I wake up and can't go back to sleep, I never had that experience with my older S & F?? Also and just after 3 month you can see that the mattress has a dent where I sleep and where myusband sleeps and the area in the middle is higher? We bought 2 mattresses one for me and one for my sone, but mine is not good and I'm not happy, I picked he firm, but it's not, it bounce when we move?? Please advise how you can help? As I said ,today it's even 3 month only , we went to Ashly and they set a technition on 9/30 to come and check it, please call/ email us with our options, I hanged my older F & S just because it was older, but it was a great mattress and we were expecting the new one to be the same.

This is our second Stearns & Foster mattress set (and we kept our old one for the guest bed!). Wonderful comfort for both of us - and we wake up feeling much more rested. Some nights I think we go to sleep and don't move again until the alarm goes off. Can not recommend a mattress brand any more highly. And would definitely purchase again.

We were die hard Beauty rest fans, for three decades. My husband had a Stearns and Foster mattress as a single man, and when we both tested this bed in the show room, we had to bring one home...we put a mattress pad on it,with the cool mattress cover...and its so comfortable...thank you..

This is the most uncomfortable mattress on which I have ever slept. I wake up four, five, six times a night. My arms are numb--this happens on no other mattress, not even the ground. I do not know the words to describe how horrible sleeping on this mattress is. AND--it weighs hundreds of pounds, so putting sheets on it is a nightmare and there is no way it can ever be moved--I had to use a floor jack to help me get it on the foundation.
It has made my life a nightmare of feeling tired and achy every morning from lack of sleep and from my muscles being sore from the pain of simply trying to sleep. Worst mattress from the earliest age I can remember, through all my travels and camping trips to now.
This mattress was sold to me on the premise that it could be returned or exchanged. After purchase, I was refused a return or exchange. It was very expensive so I am now stuck with it for years. I absolutely hate it.

We have only had this bed for one night and I can tell you I had one of the best nights sleep in over 20 years. Yes, it took us that long to buy a bed! We looked and looked at different beds, but were not sure what type to buy, mainly because we were not well versed on the different beds available, what manufacturer was better, and what each had to offer. We bought our bed at the Sit'N Sleep store in Northridge, California and was greeted and assisted by Rod Buycks. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped us understand the different types of beds (hybrid vs. foam vs. traditional). We took the "bed test" to determine what the bed type that would best suit my husband and I, since we both sleep and like different bed types. The test helped us make a better decision on what bed to buy.
In the end, we bought the Stearns and Foster Cal King Estate Rockwell bed. We coulnd't be happier.

Only had it for a few nights, but so far we love it. We had a Stearns and Foster for about 17 years and replaced it with this Hepburn Reserve Luxury Firm Mattress. I'm sure it will give us the same pleasure as our previous Stearns and Foster.

We hadn't purchased a new mattress for about 15 years. This mattress is a dream to sleep on. We absolutely love it! It is a heavy mattress though. That being said, it is totally worth the price.

This beats my previous mattress which was an expensive memory foam by a mile. I have only slept on it for two nights, but already can tell the difference. I get a great nights sleep and stay a lot cooler than with my memory foam mattress. The fact that it has coils and memory foam with the pillow top makes it the best of all worlds. It was definitely worth the money.

I thought Stearns & Foster was a quality brand? I purchased the Rockwell Euro pillowtop plush mattress 3 weeks ago and it is already starting to sag. A bed that was supposed to provide luxury comfort, is causing me lower back pain. This mattress was expensive and so not worth the money.

Amazing product, but one of the heaviest mattresses on the market! We bought a floor or returned mattress significantly cheaper than new. Deducting one star for how bulky it is. Super comfortable for a hybrid.

I had my last Sterns & Foster for 25 years. I hated replacing it but moving out of state, I decided to purchase a new one. Though they don't make them like they used to, I still love my bed. The only thing that I don't understand is this model has the Air-Vent system to keep you cool at night. But I noticed that I become very warm after a few hours. That's why I gave it only 4 stars.

It's a great mattress, and I am happy with it. However, the customer service and the extremely long wait for delivery (which we were never made aware of at time of purchase) and the constant extended delivery dates when they couldn't meet the dates they promised each time. And the very distasteful thing about all of it was to speak with anyone you had to wait forever on hold. AND OF COURSE EVERYTHING WAS BLAMED ON COVID-19. I might seek out another vendor the next time.

This is my 2nd Stearns and Foster set..1st set I have had for 8 years, its sagging a little in the middle, but it is still comfortable, its in my spare bedroom...This Estate Luxury Rockwell, so far so good..had to fix the plastic piece on the box spring on one of the corners, it was coming off when I took the plastic off of it when it was delivered...Box Spring seems a little bit bigger than the mattress hope that does not cause problems down the road...But so far loving it, I have a Good Nights sleep, I have alot of metal in my back, and I wake up with no back pain...Thank you Stearns and Foster...Crossing my Fingers it lasts along time...

I haven't had any lower back pain since I have slept on this mattress. I find it to be very comfortable. I haven't noticed any change to my sleep patterns though. The reasons I gave it 4 stars is I find it to be extremely heavy so it is hard to tuck in the sheets and blanket and I don't see how I would ever be able to turn the mattress every 4 to 6 months as I was advised to do.

I bought the Luxury Plush Rockwell. In the store it felt great and was looking forward to it replacing my 22 year old S&F Plush that I loved. Had it delivered with an adjustable frame. So first night it felt like sleeping on concrete. I went into the store and told the salesman it was awful and as hard as the firm model. Ask that I give it 60 days to break in. I was not sure I could sleep on it for 60 days but did. Went in and said it was still like concrete and feels nothing like the display unit in the store. My 90 day trial is nearing the end and I have to make a decision on a new mattress. The store does not have but a few models so not taking a chance and trying a different brand. I am disappointed as I had them dispose of my old mattress and would have just kept it. How can a mattress feel great in the store and then you get a totally different one delivered. I did not LOVE it.

We love our new mattress set. We were both having trouble sleeping and very uncomfortable on our former mattress. As we've aged with various orthopedic issues, aches and pains, our preference has been for a little softer mattress but with good back support. This Stearns and Foster hit the mark. We had a S&F mattress set for years until it wore out and we replaced it with one that turned out not as well made or comfortable. So, when we couldn't stand it any more, we went back to S&F. A very good decision! We raved about it so much that a friend went and purchased a King sized version a few weeks later.

We must have tried out at least 10 "firm" mattresses before the Stearns and Foster. You may pay a bit more, but the price is well worth it. We sleep more soundly and have no aches or pains in the morning. Love it!
